A frequency is a vibration like a sound, all objects vibrate at frequencies.  Your body should vibrate in a certain frequency range.  Each of the organs, glands, and cells in our bodies vibrate at their own specific frequency. These organs should maintain certain frequencies in order to remain at optimum health.

It can be shown that when ill or not at optimum health the bodies overall frequency is usually disrupted therefore it is not operating at its full capability.
