The Balance Test:
Step 1: Have your subject without the aid of a New Generation Balance Band, stand facing you with their feet together and their arms relaxed at their side. Have them cup one hand to hold your fist.
Step 2: With your fist put pressure directly downward in the palm of their hand until they lose their balance; making sure you don’t knock them over.
Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2, this time while the subject wears or holds a a New Generation Balance Band.
If done correctly both you and your subject will notice a significant increase in the subjects strength and balance.
